It offers multi-line expandability and the long-range goes where DECT and WiFi cannot. Apart from being an industrial cordless phone system, the DuraFon 1X features a two-way radio too! You get capabilities of both telephone system for all-over communication and 2-way radio for internal connections.

Providing superior range and covering up to 250000 square feet indoor, 3000 acres outdoors, and penetrating up to 12 floors inside a building, this phone system ensures the phone will survive in the most challenging environments even when subjected to drops, and shocks. With wireless PBX function sharing, the phone system can communicate internally and externally using different communication channels like Voice over IP, ISDN, or analog. It also features a speakerphone, 2.5mm headset jack, and has one analog port per base unit.

Featuring intercom mode, this device includes a push-to-talk ability that keeps conversations private and also works independently without the base unit. This mode allows you to chat directly with another DuraFon phone system while the background chatter is eliminated from the conversation. The Engenius DuraFon 1X Long Range Cordless Phone System supports up to 9 handsets per base and 4 base units per location/site. The handset holds up to 6-hours of talk time with up to 50 hours standby when completely charged.
