The Garmin echoMAP CHIRP 72dv is a combine fishfinder/chartplotter that comes with 7" color display. The device features CHIRP DownVü™ sonar technology that provides a clear photographic image view of fish and structures upto 750-feet below the boat.
The echoMAP has 5 Hz GPS/GLONASS receiver which updates position and heading 5 times per second to display more fluid vessel movement. The sonar-recording capability coordinates the timing of the sonar return with position of boat and also saves digital information for playback on a computer using HomePort™ planning software. It also includes preloaded BlueChart® g2 coastal maps.
