Garmin GPSMAP 942xs - GPS Chartplotter with CHIRP Sonar

With Garmin Marine Network support, you can share maps, user data, Garmin radar, and IP cameras. It also supports NMEA 2000 and NMEA 0183 for connectivity, including digital switching, FUSION-link, weather, autopilot, AIS, VHF, and other sensors. The 9-inch touchscreen Chartplotter is preloaded with BlueChart g3 and LakeVu g3 HD maps. BlueChart g3 coastal charts and LakeVu g3 inland maps provide industry-leading coverage, accuracy, and detail with integrated Garmin device and Navionics data.

The GPSMAP 942xs comes with Garmin 1 kW CHIRP sonar and Garmin CHIRP ClearVü for clear scanning sonar images. Garmin CHIRP ClearVü sonar gives you a photographic image of what's below your boat, providing the detail and clarity you need to distinguish fish and structures. Instead of sending just one frequency, the built-in 10 Hz internal GPS updates your current position and heading about 10 times per second. With the built-in ANT wireless connectivity, you can connect your Quantix marine watch, Nautix in-view display, and more Garmin devices. You can access the Garmin ActiveCaptain app with the help of Wi-Fi connectivity. The network sharing capability of Garmin GPSMAP 942xs allows you to share user data with other compatible GPSMAP devices. With a compatible GPSMAP unit, you can share supplement maps and user data, including routes, waypoints, and tracks.
