The Suunto MCB-BlackCM/IN/NH is a floating, ergonomic multi-purpose mirror compass which provides an invaluable tool for those who place a particular premium on accurate and reliable directional measurements. This mirror compass has fixed declination correction scale which is useful when working in areas of large magnetic variation. Suunto compass is designed with Two Zone System, there are only two balance zones to consider, the northern hemisphere and the southern hemisphere.
This MCB Compass floats which makes it perfect for surveyors, miners, architects, rescue patrols, hikers, boaters and the military. You can view the compass dial and background at the same time also, the vertical line at the center of the mirror helps you to more accurately target bearings. A lanyard with an integrated whistle is included for carrying convenience. Detachable snap-lock allows the lanyard to be easily removed when you are working with the map.
