Bushnell Northstar 3" - Talking Reflector Telescope

Bring the wonders of the universe to your eye. Bushnell Northstar Goto Reflector 78-8831 Telescope is the first telescope ever that actually speaks to you. Built with Real Voice Output(RVO) the telescope will educate you about the night sky. The RVO feature is built in to the remote controller. The telescope talks to you during the alignment process and has various helpful comments. If you search for anything, the name or number is displayed in the bottom right corner of the LCD screen. That object description will be spoken by the telescope, as you follow along with the scrolling text description. You can cancel the speech at anytime by pressing the Back button on the remote controller keypad. With a built-in database of 20,000 celestial objects, you can enter any Go To command and the telescope computer does the rest.

Power-Boosting Barlow Lens doubles the eyepiece power and offers a maximum magnification of 525x. The Northstar Goto Reflector Telescope also offers a red dot finderscope for manual use. Altazimuth (Motorized Kinematic) Mount helps with the computerized tracking of the celestial objects. The Northstar Goto 78-8831 telescope is also adaptable to SLR-type cameras. So you can modify the telescope to capture beautiful images of the universal bodies.

The Bushnell Northstar 78-8831 Telescope comes with 4mm(175x) & 20mm (35x) eyepieces. A remote controller and tripod along with an accessory tray are also included.
