It has a Generation 3 Alpha Image Intensifier and a resolution of 64-72lp/mm which provide high resolution green images. The available magnifying lenses and extra long-range IR illuminator helps enhance image clarity over long distances. The LR classification of this clip-on stands for Long Range and allows it to be used with day optics of up to 12x magnification.
