The MotorGuide X5-70FW With Sonar is a foot control bow mount trolling motor. This motor performs best for quiet operation, rugged durability and precise control. The X5 bow mount is the most advanced and tournament-caliber motor. The X5 consists of four power ranges and three shaft lengths. It uses high-strength materials and a locking collar eliminate shaft from clicking. Variable Ratio Steering (VRS) technology is designed to give maximum control.
The Bow is engineered for the rigidity of tournament fishing. Digital Power Management gives battery life up to five times to keep anglers fishing longer and Digital technology operates at lower temperatures so that more power is provided to the thrust motor. Noise is reduced by composite bushings.
