The Raymarine Ray90 VHF Radio & AIS700 Bundle brings multi-station communications to a whole new level of power, performance, and flexibility. The Ray90 is equipped with a powerful 25-watt transmitter and commercial grade electronics that provides a long life and superior performance. The features like Channel scanning, dual-watch, tri-watch and weather alert are standard. The radio consists of a Position Tracking feature that let you keep tabs on up to 5 nearby DSC equipped vessels so that their positions are automatically shared with your Raymarine MFD. This transceiver unit is made with in cast aluminum for shock and vibration resistance and maximum heat dissipation. It also features a super-bright backlighting for easy viewing in all conditions and oversized keys provide a sure grip with easy access to commonly used functions.
The Raymarine AIS700 is a Class B Automatic Identification System (AIS) transceiver which is designed for use with Raymarine multifunction navigation display systems. It is an international marine navigation safety system that allows participating vessels to silently exchange key navigation information including vessel name, identification, course, speed and more. The AIS700 transceiver is engineered using the very latest networking technology that allows it to perform faster and at longer ranges than the speed over previous generation AIS products. Also, it has its own internal, dedicated 72-channel GPS receiver with external antenna as required by international standards. It is super-compact for easy mounting inside your helm, in a service locker, or other out-of-the-way location and has a Secure Digital (SD) memory slot that can be fitted with an owner-suppled flash memory card for continuous recording of the AIS data stream.
